Dean Speers is a qualified boilermaker whose experience comes from a wide range of welding modifications from working within large truck transport companies. He now enjoys the difference of each day at Boncon, not one day is the same. He loves that in one hour, he can be called to repair a forklift to then arriving on a urgent ship repair in the Port of Melbourne.

Dean has not experienced a business culture that comes close to the support and knowledge that our team have shown him, since commencing employment in early 2016. He aims to obtain further qualifications in our expertise field.
